Mrs. Chitra Srivastava is a Human Resource personnel with over 8 years of organizational exposure across Corporates and Executive Search firms in HR Recruitments, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Generalist role. She is a Convent educated also an alumni with a MBA college topper of BN College of Engineering & Technology from Abdul Kalam Technical University, formerly known as UPTU.

Immediately after her academic journey, in 2016 she got hired at one of the renowned recruitment firm Acute Vision Consultants, known in the market for its quality. Over the years she worked for a broad spectrum of conglomerates/industries be it Retail, Ecommerce, Export houses, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Fashion & Beauty, IT etc.

As a Manager – HR / Team Lead of AVC, she is renowned for her ability to inspire, empower and bring productive results to individuals and organisations alike. She found to be an excellent performer and a multi-tasking professional with an ability of handling clients being a SPOC and parallelly handles a team in a productive manner.

Mrs. Sushma Kashyap is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. She holds a Master’s degree along with a PGDM in Human Resource Management.

At Acute Vision Consultants, she has played a pivotal role in building and leading recruitment teams from the ground up. Her responsibilities include managing client relationships, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring clear communication with internal teams to deliver timely and effective results.

Her approachable and empathetic nature helps her connect easily with employees, fostering a positive work environment.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Kashyap has worked across diverse industries—including Logistics, Supply Chain, Retail, Fashion, and mid to large-scale organizations—demonstrating strong leadership in managing the full employee lifecycle and driving career development initiatives.

Sr. Recruitment Specialists

Divya Pundeer is a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Acute Vision Consultants, bringing over 4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Since joining the firm in August 2021, she has played a key role in streamlining the hiring process and connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.

Divya is a graduate of Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce and an alumna of St. Mary’s Sr. Sec School. Known for her approachable nature and strategic mindset, she has earned recognition for her skills in recruitment and candidate engagement.

Her ability to understand client needs and identify strong candidates has made her an essential contributor to the company’s continued success in staffing solutions.

Mr. Anil Bhandari brings over 28 years of experience in financial management and team leadership, backed by a strong academic background in finance and accounting. Throughout his career, he has worked with reputed corporates, successfully leading financial operations, strategic planning, and team development.
