Responsible for managing brands digital presence at scale, creating content for brand on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and performance marketing ads and work closely with design, marketing & production teams.

Specific Skills
Familiar with editing for Meta Ads Manager or YouTube Ads Knowledge of video compression, aspect ratios, and platform-specific guidelines Ability to handle basic color grading and sound mixing Experience editing videos for D2C brands, agencies, or content creators Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Basic motion graphics knowledge in After Effects (or similar) for text and logo animations Familiar with social media video trends, transitions, hooks, and pacing Familiar with Ai tools such as Veo3, Midjourney, etc
Responsible For
Responsibilities: Edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook/Instagram ad creatives Cut and stitch together video footage, product shots, user-generated content, and campaign clips Add text overlays, transitions, SFX, and music to create high-impact short-form content Repurpose and optimize existing footage to create variations for A/B testing and different platforms Work with the marketing team to align video edits with performance objectives and brand tone Stay updated on social media trends and recommend fresh video content ideas regularly Ensure quick turnarounds without compromising visual quality
Additional Requirements
Understanding of performance-driven content and ad structure (especially Meta ads) Ability to work with raw footage, mood boards, or even rough creative briefs, and bring them to life
