Specific Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing performance marketing, preferably in textile/home furnishing or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven expertise in Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ad (Seller Central or Vendor Central) and Google Ads
Responsible For
  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) to drive ROAS and brand visibility. Increase SOV organically (long-term) and inorganically (short-term) with help of on platform SEO activities
  • International Market Focus: Strategize & manage campaigns for multiple countries (e.g., US, UK, EU, MENA) tailoring creatives and targeting based on regional trends and competition
  • Keyword & Audience Targeting: Conduct keyword research using multiple tools like Amazon Pi, Helium 10, Amazon Brand Analytics, and Google Keyword Planner. Build campaigns focused on both branded, competition and non-branded search terms
  • Budget & Performance Monitoring: Manage daily budgets, track AdSpend, ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, BS, PS and ROAS; take timely corrective actions to meet performance KPIs
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Communicate learnings to internal stakeholders for product and pricing alignment
  • Cross-Channel Coordination: Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and marketplace teams to align ad messaging, landing pages, and inventory with campaign goals
  • Competitor & Market Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor performance, and platform updates to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Follow-up: Co-ordinate with agencies for strategy execution and attain brand goals
Additional Requirements
  • Strong command of advertising KPIs such as ACoS, ROAS, CVR, and CPC
  • Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Helium 10, Brand Analytics, and Excel/ Power Bi for reporting, research & analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Experience with Meta,DSP or external tools (e.g., Perpetua, Pacvue) is a plus.
  • Certification in Amazon Sponsored Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, etc.
  • Familiarity with listing optimization, A+ content, and EBC on Amazon.
