Responsible For
  1. Global Amazon Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Amazon marketplaces globally. Identify and prioritize key international markets for expansion and growth. Tailor marketing and sales approaches to suit the specific needs of each regional market.
  2. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape on Amazon platforms in different regions.
  3. Amazon Account Management: Manage and optimize the brand's Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts across multiple countries. Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized for search, and compliant with Amazon's policies.
  4. Digital Marketing and Advertising: Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns. Optimize advertising spend and campaign performance to maximize ROI. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate Amazon marketing efforts with broader digital campaigns.
  5. Sales Growth and Performance: Set and achieve sales targets for Amazon marketplaces globally. Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive growth, such as promotions, discounts, and deals.
  6. Customer Experience and Reviews Management: Manage and improve the brand's customer reviews and ratings by addressing negative feedback and encouraging positive reviews. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery in international markets.
  8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies, international trade regulations, and data privacy laws. Identify and mitigate risks associated with global eCommerce operations on Amazon.
Additional Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in eCommerce management, with a focus on Amazon sales.
  2. Proven track record of driving Amazon sales growth in international markets.
  3. Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  4. Experience with Amazon advertising platforms and tools.
