Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join a recruitment team in Noida. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating with clients, conducting initial interviews, and supporting the hiring process from candidate identification through selection.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, along with practical experience in recruitment. You should be comfortable using job portals, social networks, and headhunting techniques to identify suitable candidates for different job requirements.

This is a full-time office-based opportunity in Noida Sector 3, with convenient access to Noida Sector 16.

Additional Requirements

  • Should be able to conduct initial candidate interviews over the phone or face-to-face.
  • Must be able to coordinate candidate availability and interview schedules.
  • Should ensure candidate resumes accurately represent their experience and skills.
  • Ability to negotiate salary expectations and support offer closure.
  • Comfortable coordinating with clients for interview feedback and follow-ups.
  • Office timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Alternate Saturdays off and all Sundays off.
  • Job location: Noida Sector 3, near Noida Sector 16 Metro Station.
