Responsible For
  • Identify and acquire new manufacturers, suppliers, traders, and SME customers.
  • Conduct daily field visits to generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet business owners and explain company solutions.
  • Onboard customers through a simple WhatsApp-based platform.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Generate leads through market visits, referrals, and networking.
  • Handle customer queries, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales reports.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Additional Requirements
  • 1–3 years of B2B or SME field sales experience.
  • Experience in subscription, merchant, or SaaS sales is preferred.
  • Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
  • Comfortable with daily field travel across Mumbai.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Marathi is an advantage.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
  • Familiarity with industrial areas like Bhiwandi, Kalher, Marol MIDC, or Navi Mumbai is preferred.
