Hiring for Regional Sales Manager, North India base location will be Delhi/NCR and responsible for business in Delhi/NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh (UP), Uttrakhand (UK), Upper North Punjab, Himachal Pradesh (HP), Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir (J & K) for OTC & Wellness Company.

Responsible For
  • To develop business in North India by planning, directing and implementing sales strategies and programs
  • Setting targets and monitoring them periodically to ensure that they are in line with the business plan and driving business development activities for achieve the targets/margins.
  • To strategic planning and reviews to achieve regional sales information and recommendations
  • To develop and maintain a strong sales infrastructure and an aggressive sales team
  • Managing, directing and coordinating the activities of the Area Sales Managers
  • To develop sales team as per the company's requirement and company budget and liaising with the Marketing Team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the region in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region
  • To develop skill of sales team by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts
  • To find the right channel partners with appropriate experience, good infrastructure, financially strong and with an attitude to grow.
  • To plan, prepare and exit control over sales budget, sales forecast, sales plan etc
  • To  prepare sales growth blueprint for the future
  • To built relationship with distributors, customers, as well as other departments, and to develop and maintain an efficient distribution network
  • To coordinate strongly with Supply Chain and Stock Control activities, develop systems for accurate forecasting and ensure follow up with production, logistics, and maintain appropriate stock levels at customer and distributor point, and smooth supplies and timely dispatch to distributors from Warehouse
