We believe in a commitment to diversity and inclusion practices, and we strive to showcase a diverse and inclusive uniformly qualified candidate slate, and to highlight the rich breadth of talent available in the global workforce today.

Pre-selection and Assessment:

In an era of online resumes masquerading as fact, we use pre-selection and assessment methodologies, so that we can guarantee that candidates are not just qualified on paper, but are aligned with our client’s values and goals for a successful hire. Our thorough interviews, skills and mindset assessments, and behavioral assessment allows us to assess the candidates soft skills, culture fit, and growth potential in addition to their technical competency and skills. We strive to represent candidates who qualify for the job as defined, and who will exhibit ethos of the company. 

Candidate Presentation and Interview:

Presentation is integral to establishing meaningful connections. Armed with a thorough understanding of both parties, we present candidates to our clients in a way that transcends resumes. Each candidate profile is _ carefully constructed_ to provide not only skills and experience, but personality, motivations, and career aspirations. We format and support before and during the interview process, not only to prompt meaningful interviews, but to provide a space for discussions to go deeper and reveal interest and mission-driven values.
